The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in the scrap metal trading industry, with a proven track record of success in sourcing, negotiating, and closing deals. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing: Identify and source scrap metal from various suppliers, including industrial manufacturers, demolition companies, and recycling facilities.
2. Negotiation: Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with suppliers and buyers to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Sales: Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities to expand the company’s market share.
4. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, pricing fluctuations, and regulatory changes affecting the scrap metal industry to inform decision-making and strategy.
5. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the transportation and logistics of scrap metal shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
