Were looking for a Senior Consultant with an expertise in Manufacturing and Operational Excellence/TOC/Lean/Six Sigma to join us in EY GDS-SC&O Manufacturing Team in our Mexico Office. The EY and P&G alliance combines the Integrated Work System with the global EY manufacturing performance improvement experience and P&G certified consultants to help clients improve performance via sustainable change and transformation. Your Key Responsibilities Analysing as-is operating model especially for manufacturing clients Creating the vision for the manufacturing organization in line with the overall business strategy and targets Designing and frame working implementation to measure and manage the selected operating model of the organization Driving operational excellence to improve clients performance and supply chain stability Designing and implementing EY Smart factory solution. Implementing measures to improve resource utilization and customer satisfactionOEE, lot size adjustments, SMED, Predictive Maintenance Hands on experience of shop-floor process and ability to interact with shopfloor people (technicians, operators, casuals) to understand the real problem and to implement various solutions. Ability to drive Digital transformation programs for various manufacturing processes. Good understanding of various systems like MES, ERP, QMS etc. Assisting in digital shop floor transformation and implement modern technology solutions enabling Factory of the Future Strong analytical skill to handle structured and unstructured data generated during manufacturing process and ability to devise meaningful stories around the same. Participate actively in building an industry focused practice across EY GDS service lines Identify opportunities, lead others to follow your unique solutions to unstructured problems Ability to share and interact with CXOs and present them with rational way forward and solutions Requisite Core Skills Strong Manufacturing Consulting experience is a must Strong leadership and project management skills Self- motivated, innovative and strong team player Strong core consulting skills- i.e. analytical, primary and secondary research presentation and including logical structuring and storyboarding, superior knowledge of excel and PowerPoint Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Industry 4.0, Digital Transformation. Strong presentation and verbal and written communication skills, and experience communicating to and working with onsite teams, clients and senior leaderships. Exceptional attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong track record of executing high-impact initiatives Qualification, Experience, Requirements: Academic qualificationEngg +MBA(Operations) is a must Work Experience7-12 Years of Manufacturing/OP-Ex/ Performance Improvement/maintenance experience(ideal) with any core manufacturing sector(FMCG, Textile, Automobile, Chemicals, Heavy Engineering) who has had his/her sleeves dirty on the ground Lean Six Sigma/Theory of Constraints experience is a must with Black Belt/ Green Belt certified The person should be willing to travel outside the country when needed on short- or medium-term assignments 50%-75% of the times.
