As the Operations & Process Transformation Manager at Accenture, your role will involve driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. You will work with organizations to reimagine and transform their supply chains, making a positive impact on business, society, and the planet. - Provide strategic advisory services, conduct market research, and develop data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance. - Lead whiteboarding sessions with senior business stakeholders as the Business/Process Architect. - Utilize Business Architecture Framing techniques such as Operating Model Design, Value Chain Analysis, and Customer Journey Mapping. - Drive Process Discovery and Improvement initiatives. - Create assets, accelerators, and enhance use cases. - Lead business development initiatives and solutioning for RFP responses. - Demonstrate leadership qualities and the ability to solve complex business problems. - Utilize strong analytical skills to provide methodical solutions. - Solve complex business problems and deliver client satisfaction. - Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Manage teams effectively and thrive in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment. - Minimum 8+ years of experience in the relevant domain. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
