Job Description

Role Overview: As the Operations & Process Transformation Manager at Accenture, you will drive strategic initiatives, manage business transformations, and leverage industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. You will be a part of the Supply chain and operations practice, helping organizations reimagine and transform their supply chains for the future, making a positive impact on business, society, and the planet. Your role involves being the Business/Process Architect, leading whiteboarding sessions, and demonstrating leadership qualities to solve complex business problems. Key Responsibilities: - Provide strategic advisory services, conduct market research, and develop data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance. - Lead whiteboarding sessions with senior business stakeholders and have experience in Business Architecture Framing with the help of Operating Model Design, Value Chain Analysis, Customer Journey Mapping, Business Capability Modelling, etc. - Lead process discovery and/or improvement initiatives, create assets and accelerators, and lead business development initiatives and solutioning for RFP response. - Demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Work on transformative projects with key G2000 clients, co-create with industry experts, and shape innovative solutions leveraging emerging technologies. - Engage in boundaryless collaboration across the organization and receive personalized training modules to develop your skills and industry knowledge. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8+ years of experience in a relevant domain, preferably with an MBA Fulltime qualification. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and demonstrate leadership qualities to solve complex business problems effectively.
