Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company goals to achieve cost efficiency and high service performance.
Oversee demand forecasting, production planning, and inventory management to ensure product availability and minimize stock-outs or excess.
Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to align supply and demand planning.
Manage vendor relationships, evaluate supplier performance, and ensure timely procurement of raw and packaging materials.
Monitor logistics operations including warehousing, distribution, and transportation to ensure cost-effective and on-time delivery.
Optimize inventory levels across manufacturing units, warehouses, and distribution centers.
Track key KPIs such as OTIF (On-Time In-Full), inventory turnover, and logistics cost to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards in supply chain operations.
Leverage technology and ERP systems for effective planning, monitoring, and reporting of SCM activities.
Lead and develop the supply chain team to strengthen operational capabilities and build cross-functional collaboration.
Identify and implement process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
Support new product launches through coordinated planning with R&D, marketing, and production teams.
Manage annual supply chain budgets and cost control measures.
Ensure sustainability and waste reduction initiatives are embedded in supply chain operations.
