We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to lead Trade Schemes, Channel Programs, Distributor Incentives, POS allocation, and Claims Management . The role demands strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to drive seamless execution, budget control, and impactful trade marketing initiatives across India. 1. Trade Scheme & Implementation Lead the implementation and execution of Trade Schemes across India and cascade the same to all regions. Ensure timely uploading and execution of schemes across all platforms (DMS, SAP, ) without affecting billing processes. Monitor and evaluate scheme performance on a monthly basis; share insights with Marketing and Sales teams. Plan, budget, and map all schemes to ensure smooth functioning and timely closure. Manage and close scheme-related primary and secondary claims in coordination with Marketing and Finance teams. Act as the single point of contact for Trade Scheme queries across Sales and other cross-functional teams. 2. Channel Programs, Distributor Incentives & Gifting Design, implement, and execute channel programs (e.g., Superstar Program for WS and SD) and distributor incentive schemes. Define program targets, track progress, and evaluate performance, sharing updates with regional teams. Drive timely closure and settlement of channel programs, distributor incentives, and gifting activities. Serve as SPOC for end-to-end program execution, including credit notes, claim processing, and program closure. Track and manage program gifting from initiation to delivery while keeping stakeholders updated. 3. Trade Spend & Budgeting Allocate budgets brand-wise and program-wise; ensure MAPs are created before program launch. Analyze actual vs. budgeted spends; report insights to Marketing and Finance. Ensure strict compliance with MAP process for all claims and reimbursements. 4. POS (Point of Sale) & Vendor Management Manage POS allocation across the brand portfolio channel-wise, distributor-wise, and depot-wise. Oversee end-to-end POS tracking from vendor to CFA to depot to sales teams. Communicate dispatch and delivery status to sales teams. Build and maintain a strong vendor base to drive cost efficiency in projects. 5. Additional Responsibilities Develop and streamline processes for smooth claims management and sales incentive settlements. Design and process monthly incentives for distributors, brands, and sales teams. Monitor ageing stock and highlight concerns to sales teams for timely action. Conduct random audits of schemes and claims in DMS, suggesting corrective actions for efficiency. Support brand teams in BTL activities, sampling, retail branding, and visibility execution. Manage distributor claims (primary & secondary) with proper SOP-driven settlement processes. Preferred candidate profile Education : MBA/PGDM (Marketing/Finance/Operations) or equivalent. Experience : 48 years in Trade Marketing, Channel Programs, or Sales Operations , preferably in FMCG / Consumer Durables / Retail. Technical Exposure : Proficiency in DMS, SAP or similar platforms. Domain Knowledge : Strong grasp of trade schemes, channel incentives, POS allocation, and claims management. Analytical Skills : Ability to manage budgets, analyze spends, and deliver actionable insights. Personal Attributes : Detail-oriented, process-driven, and proactive.
