Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities : 1.Brand Strategy: Develop knowledge of Customer's & Consumer's attitudes and behaviors through market research, to cull out actionable insights which can drive brand strategy. 2. Brand Management: Execute brand strategy to maximize market share and brand profitability. Track competitor activity, media and pricing on regular interval. Ensure robust new product pipeline is developed to meet future brand growth.., Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights Shape and communicate our vision and mission Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to take action Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions Devise innovative growth strategies Align the company around the brands direction, choices and tactics Desired Candidates: Technical Requirements/Expertise : Having Minimum 01 Years of experience as a Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager with expertise in developing brand and marketing strategies. Skilled in identifying target audiences, executing effective campaigns, and communicating recommendations to executives. Strong analytical and creative mindset with a data-driven approach and excellent communication skills.
