Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager (SCM Manager) to lead our supply chain operations in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with a focus on optimizing processes and driving efficiency.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
Manage and oversee the entire supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.
Analyze supply chain performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and vendors.
Ensure compliance with regulations and standards in supply chain operations.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for supply chain enhancements.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in supply chain management or related fields.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of inventory management and logistics strategies.
