Co-ordinate with the sales team & production department. • Monthly customer schedule & production plan .
Daily follow up with customer requirement & availability of parts. • Maintaining daily sales records. • Arrange the transportation for dispatch the material. • Verify the rates of Material excise and vat as per sales order. • Maintain the track of daily and monthly sales. • Prepare the shortage & extra material report. • Monitor premium freight &customer complaints.
Select the good supplier for sending the materials. • Maintain proper stock levels of materials (minimum, maximum, average). • Avoid the stores losses. • Use the proper pricing methods for an issue of materials. • Maintain the good relationship with the suppliers.
