Ensure Smooth functioning of Engineering, Costing and NPD Activities Representing the needs of the customer requirement like selection of special characteristics, corrective, and preventive action in internal functions. Initiate corrective and preventive action to prevent non-conformance related to product and process, IATF & Customer Audit NCs, Planning & Review of product development activities (APQP) PPAP for all regular & new development items. Development of QMS at out sourcing Ensure availability of Skill Matrix and Competence Mapping of Team Members, Gap Analysis and Training Arrangements Pro-Actively Work on Risk and Opportunity Analysis and Mitigation Plan accordingly Monitoring & Analysis of Functional Objectives/Process Measures taking appropriate actions to improve them (In the concern Department) Pro-Actively Work on Risk and Opportunity Analysis and Mitigation Plan accordingly Ensure availability of Skill Matrix and Competence Mapping of Team Members, Gap Analysis and Training Arrangements Preferred candidate profile Any Technical degree/Diploma Candidate with sound knowledge of Sheet Metal Design and Development with a minimum experience of 15 years Knowledge of 3D software like Slid edge
