Ensure availability of Skill Matrix and Competence Mapping of Team Members, Gap Analysis and Training Arrangements

Pro-Actively Work on Risk and Opportunity Analysis and Mitigation Plan accordingly

Monitoring & Analysis of Functional Objectives/Process Measures taking appropriate actions to improve them (In the concern Department)

Preferred candidate profile

Any Technical degree/Diploma Candidate with sound knowledge of Sheet Metal Design and Development with a minimum experience of 15 years
