Job Description

We are at Shalby Hospital Looking for dynamic Engineering Head, preferably experienced in Healthcare Industry.

Job Responsibilities:-

Continuous supervision of all ongoing maintenance activities
All plant maintenance like RO, softening system, AC, water treatment etc
Utility area rounds in the hospital and checking them in depth for maintenance related issues
Making of quality indicators on the basis of complaints and forwarding them to HOD for approval
Getting all breakers checked and assuring their certifications
Maintaining MIS for all AC cleaning, panels checking, generator checking etc from time to time
Ensuring preventive maintenance of all the plants and machines.
Floor rounds for all maintenance related issues like carpenter, plumbing, electricity
Observing and providing ways in which the consumption of power can be optimized
Taking note of existing problems and getting them resolved at the earliest
To attend complaints from patients, PRO, officials etc and coordinating with the maintenance team for redressal
Project supervision related to maintenance and ongoing renovation work
Analyzing the KWH (Kilo Watt Hour)consumption of power and making comparisons on a daily basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.56 - ₹56,707.83 per month
