As an experienced and strategic Supply Chain professional, you will play a crucial role as the SCM Lead at GRIPIT. Your responsibilities will directly impact the seamless market entry and sustained growth for global brand partners in India. - **Strategic Supply Chain Oversight:** Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy to support GRIPIT's mission. - **Logistics & Import Optimization:** Lead inbound and outbound logistics operations, focusing on import efficiency. - **Warehousing Excellence:** Manage operations within GRIPIT's warehouse, ensuring peak efficiency across multiple channels. - **Inventory Management:** Implement robust control systems to optimize stock levels and minimize costs. - **Returns Management Integration:** Collaborate with the returns team to maximize value recovery. - **Process Improvement & Automation:** Identify opportunities for optimization and technology adoption. - **Vendor & Partner Management:** Build strong relationships to ensure reliable services. - **Data Analysis & Reporting:** Utilize analytics to monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights. - **Compliance & Risk Management:** Ensure operations adhere to regulations and mitigate risks. - **Team Leadership & Development:** Lead and mentor a high-performing team across functions. - 8-12 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, logistics, and multi-channel fulfillment. - Expertise in managing import operations and customs clearance in India. - Operational leadership experience with large-scale warehouse facilities. - Knowledge of inventory management best practices and systems. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in supply chain planning tools. - Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred. - Fluency in English; regional Indian languages knowledge is a plus.
