Job Description

Workfall is a new-age premium talent tech platform, looking for skilled SCM Functional Consultant - D365 Finance & Operations with over 3 years of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to implement and support Supply Chain Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience, including 2–3 full life-cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
  • Requirement Gathering & Analysis

    : Lead workshops with business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and translate business processes into clear functional requirements.
  • Module Configuration & Implementation

    : Configure and implement key D365 F&O SCM modules, including Product Information Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Production Control, and Transportation Management, aligned with business needs and best practices.
  • Documentation

    : Develop and maintain comprehensive Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Business Process Documents (BPDs), and User Stories to support implementation and future enhancements.
  • Testing & Validation

    : Define test scenarios, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate system configurations to ensure solution quality and business readiness.
  • Training & End-User Support

    : Conduct end-user training sessions and provide post-go-live support to ensure smooth adoption and operational stability.
  • Integration & Collaboration

    : Work closely with technical teams to support integrations with third-party systems such as Power BI and other enterprise applications.
  • Support & Maintenance

    : Provide ongoing functional support, troubleshoot issues, and assist with system enhancements post-implementation.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Acceptable qualifications include B. Com, M. Com, MBA (Operations), or B. Tech in Production / Industrial Engineering.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O / AX).
  • Experience in 2–3 end-to-end Finance module implementations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / AX.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and business workflows.
  • Proven experience across all SCM-related modules in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and presentation tools (PowerPoint or equivalent).
  • Background working with a Microsoft Dynamics-focused IT services or consulting company is required.
