About the Position:

We are looking for scientists with a background in genetics, molecular biology, oncology or related areas with some exposure to omics data (genomics, proteomics, transcriptomics etc). The role involves:

• Curating omics data and associated metadata to create well harmonized datasets for analysis
• Providing biological interpretation for results from the analysis of omics data
• Reading scientific papers, critically assessing results and summarizing them.

Job Requirements and Required Skills:

• MSc/MTech/BTech in biological science with a good academic record (in

the range of 80% or above score).

• 1-5 years of experience in the field of interpretation and reporting NGS

data and curation of biological science-based data.

• Good knowledge of genetics, molecular biology, usage of clinical

databases, scoping and understanding of scientific literature.

• Having good exposure to molecular biology from recognized places (e.g.

BITS Pilani, CCMB, IISc, IIT, NCBS or any other nationally or internationally recognized university/institute).

• Good scientific writing skill (reports and/or manuscripts).
• Good presentation skills
