Job Description

Scholars International School, B. Kothi (under Scholars Group of Education), is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and visionary School Principal to lead the institution towards academic excellence and holistic development.

The ideal candidate will have a proven record of effective school leadership, strategic planning, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide dynamic leadership and foster a culture of academic excellence and discipline.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff to ensure high performance.
• Oversee curriculum planning, co-curricular activities, and continuous student development programs.
• Maintain strong communication with parents, management, and local education authorities.
• Develop and implement policies, goals, and objectives that support the school’s mission.
• Ensure compliance with educational standards, safety regulations, and administrative procedures.
• Promote innovation in teaching methods, digital learning, and skill-based education.
• Represent the school in public forums, events, and academic collaborations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Educational Qualification: M.A., B.Ed., and M.Ed. (mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years and maximum 10 years of experience as a School Principal or in an equivalent senior academic role.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong decision-making ability and problem-solving approach.
• Passionate about student-centered learning and teacher development.
