Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong academic and administrative leadership to the school.
• Create and implement a strategic plan to enhance teaching quality, discipline, and overall school operations.
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate teachers to deliver high-quality education.
• Build a positive school culture rooted in values, discipline, and collaboration.
• Drive admissions growth through improved communication, reputation-building, and parent engagement.
• Maintain smooth coordination between departments and ensure compliance with educational regulations.
• Monitor academic performance and introduce innovative learning practices.
• Represent the school to parents, external stakeholders, and the local community.
  

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as Principal or Vice-Principal (mandatory)
