We are seeking a dynamic, disciplined, and visionary School Principal to lead and manage a CBSE-affiliated institution offering classes from Nursery to Grade 12, with Science and Commerce streams at the Senior Secondary level.

The ideal candidate will possess strong academic leadership skills, excellent administrative capabilities, and a commitment to building a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership to ensure academic excellence and holistic student development.

• Oversee day-to-day school operations, administration, and staff management.

• Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines, policies, and academic standards.

• Lead teacher recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and professional development.

• Implement effective communication and coordination systems among students, parents, and staff.

• Introduce innovative teaching practices, discipline systems, and co-curricular programmes.

• Maintain a safe, structured, and value-driven school environment.

• Drive school growth, reputation, and long-term development initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Postgraduate degree with B.Ed./M.Ed. (mandatory).

• Minimum 5-7 years of teaching experience and at least 5+ years of experience in a leadership position (Vice Principal/Principal).

• Strong knowledge of CBSE norms, school management, and academic planning.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.

• Proven ability to handle school operations efficiently and maintain discipline.
