Key Responsibilities:

1. Coaching & Training:

• Plan, organize, and conduct cricket coaching sessions for students of various age groups.

• Focus on physical fitness, skill development, teamwork, and game discipline.

• Teach fundamental and advanced cricket techniques such as batting, bowling, fielding, and wicket-keeping.

• Prepare students for inter-house, inter-school, district, and state-level competitions.

2. Cricket Academy Management (Evening Duty):

• Manage the operations of the Dunes Cricket Academy in the evening hours.

• Organize regular practice sessions, training camps, and friendly matches.

• Maintain records of players attendance, performance, and progress.

• Coordinate with school management for equipment, ground maintenance, and scheduling.

• Identify and groom talented players for competitive platforms.

3. Equipment & Facility Maintenance:

• Oversee maintenance of cricket grounds, nets, and practice areas.

• Ensure proper usage and upkeep of sports equipment and kits.

• Maintain inventory of cricket gear and propose timely replacements or purchases.

4. Student Mentoring & Motivation:

• Guide students in balancing academics and sports commitments effectively.

• Promote discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship values.

• Counsel students to maintain a positive attitude and improve performance.

5. Event Coordination:

• Plan and conduct cricket tournaments, sports meets, and special training workshops.

• Assist in promoting school and academy sports achievements through media and events.

• Support the management in building the reputation of the Dunes Cricket Academy as a regional sports hub.

Qualifications and Experience:

Essential:

• recognized cricket coaching certification

• 2 years of coaching experience

• Strong knowledge of cricket techniques, rules, and modern training methods.

Preferred:

• Experience in managing a sports academy or cricket training center.

• Proficiency in English and Hindi communication.

• Familiarity with sports fitness, injury prevention, and nutrition basics.
