Role Description

As a SCADA Engineer at Skylabs Solution India Pvt. Ltd, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining SCADA systems. You will ensure system integration and support for various projects. Additionally, you will conduct troubleshooting and provide technical support to resolve any system or software issues. This is a contract, on-site role located in Chhattisgarh, India.

i.

Monitoring of all installed servers, switch, GPS and workstation of control center equipment’s status (through sites overview display), Logs and Reports through NMS application.

ii.

Build new database for RTU, FRTU and customer control calculation through

DBB(Database builder)

iii.

Modification of existing database for RTU, FRTU and customer control calculation through DBB(Database builder)

iv.

Support for database online process.

v.

Adding new display or modify existing display for RTU,FRTU, RVDU and SCADA then build the display through FG builder application as per requirements.

vi.

If required build a new DMS display or modify existing display and generate DMS mod file through DMS development tool.

vii.

If user (JE, AE/RVDU user) reports issue in workstation and RVDU then diagnose.

viii.

If user report issue in E-terra reports diagnose and identify the issue and try to fix those issues.

ix.

Fix E-terra repots issue and perform SQL server back-end activities whenever needed.

x.

Configuration/modification in configuration od switches/routes/firewall.

System backup/purging activity to be performed quarterly

New substation integration

xiii.

Modem and module firmware and database updating in RTUs and FRTUs

xiv.

All digital and analogue data matching with RMU panel to SCADA

xv.

LDMS maintenance service including database updating, auto connection with RTU after reboot cache memory deleting.

xvi.

Historical data deleting after saving older data (purging) etc.

xvii.

Troubleshooting/ rebooting/restoring /resetting system after crash of any hardware/software/application etc.
