Role Overview: You will be part of the HR Strategy & Transformation team at Accenture, specializing in various areas within HR to assist clients in achieving value for their HR and Talent investments. Your role will involve utilizing a distributed delivery model that can be deployed globally. Key Responsibilities: - Designing HR Operating Models and enhancing capabilities - Implementing Competency Based Talent Management including modeling, design, assessment, and integration with HR & Talent processes - Analyzing, planning, and optimizing workforce effectiveness - Assessing, designing, and deploying HR Shared Services - Designing, innovating, and implementing HR & Talent processes for process excellence - Implementing HR SaaS including process design, configuration, training, and change enablement Qualifications Required: - Knowledge and application of Business Process Re-engineering - Experience in HR and Talent Management Process Design - Experience in HR system implementation - Desirable skills in HR Shared Services, Organization Design, HR Operating Model, HR Analytics, and HRIT/ERP (Oracle/SAP) - Experience in Project Management of large HRT engagements - Knowledge of outsourcing business model of key HR processes - Talent Management Processes expertise including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Rewards - Strong executive demeanor, team-oriented approach, and excellent presentation skills - Entrepreneurial instinct with the ability to operate and scale a business - High integrity and credibility, strong intellect, and proficient commercial instincts - High energy levels, diplomatic, flexible, and a good team player Company's Additional Details: Accenture focuses on growing the HR practice by implementing effective strategies and actions.
