Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager to lead our Supply Chain and Operations team, with a focus on planning and optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting, particularly in supply chain management.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring seamless operations.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
Design and optimize logistics and transportation systems to improve delivery times and reduce costs.
Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure success.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in the IT Services & Consulting industry.
Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Effective communication and leadership skills, with experience managing high-performing teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Strong business acumen, with a focus on driving growth and improving profitability.
