Your Next Role Strategic Leadership Lead the planning and implementation of large-scale urban development projects across public and private sectors. Your Experience Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Infrastructure, or Urban Planning from a reputed university. Post-graduation in Water, Environment, or Transportation. 25+ years of experience in infrastructure planning and urban development, including 7+ years in senior leadership roles. Proven track record of delivering complex urban infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of local and international codes, transport planning, urban policy, and utility coordination. International assignment experience (India or abroad) minimum 3 years. Contract management and bid process management experience preferred. Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills. Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with BIM, AutoCAD Civil 3D, InfraWorks, project management tools. Exposure to large area developments, FII projects, Smart City programs. Professional licensure (e.g., PE, CEng, PMP) is an advantage. Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
