Role SummaryAs the Manager Electronic Procurement, you will lead the digital transformation of Kazam s procurement function. This is a strategic leadership role that combines supply chain expertise, procurement operations, and digital innovation to build scalable, transparent, and cost-effective sourcing and supplier management practices. You ll oversee the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of e-Procurement platforms and workflows to support Kazam s rapid growth and global ambitions. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Transformation Develop and execute a long-term vision for e-Procurement aligned with Kazam s overall business and operational strategy. Lead the digitalization of procurement operations, driving automation, transparency, and scalability. Define and monitor procurement KPIs, ensuring alignment with cost, quality, delivery, and sustainability targets. Digital Systems & Technology Enablement Lead the selection, deployment, and integration of e-Procurement platforms (e g, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or custom solutions). Ensure seamless integration between procurement systems and other enterprise platforms (ERP, finance, inventory, etc). Drive adoption of procurement tech across the organization through change management and user training. Supplier Management & Sourcing Excellence Oversee strategic sourcing, electronic tendering (RFPs, RFQs), e-auctions, and contract lifecycle management. Build a robust, agile supplier ecosystem that supports innovation, cost efficiency, and ESG goals. Implement digital supplier performance monitoring and risk assessment tools. Governance, Compliance & Risk Management Establish procurement governance policies, ensuring regulatory and ethical compliance across all sourcing activities. Proactively manage procurement risks, especially in relation to supply disruptions and digital system vulnerabilities. Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration Lead and mentor a high-performing procurement team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, Product, and Operations to understand sourcing needs and support business priorities.
Qualifications & Experience
Must-Haves 5+ years of experience in procurement/supply chain, with 4+ years in a leadership role focused on digital procurement transformation. Proven success implementing and scaling e-Procurement systems in high-growth or tech-driven environments. Strong understanding of electronic parts , manufacturers. Strong understanding of procurement best practices, digital tools, and contract management. Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and strategic thinking skills. Preferred Prior experience in EV , Automotive , Clean tech or Electronics Manufacturing sectors Working knowledge of sustainable procurement practices and ESG frameworks. Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field. Certifications: CPSM, CIPS, PMP, or equivalent.
