DE/AI Growth Office Interlock Lead

Delhi NCR/Bangalore/Pune (Mostly remote)

Full time role

The DE/AI Growth Office Interlock Lead will serve as a link between the central Growth Office and various internal and external stakeholders. The role focuses on showcasing solutions and capabilities, driving alignment across business units, supporting strategic growth initiatives, enhancing market positioning and analyst ranking and enabling informed decision-making through data-driven analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Solution & Capability Showcasing

  • Understanding of overall Data and AI offering and lead a particular key value chain for Data and AI SGU (e.g. ……..)
  • Act as the primary representative for highlighting solutions and capabilities in internal and external forums for that particular value chain
  • Collaborate with Industry Market Units (IMUs), Strategic Growth Units (SGUs), and Digital/AI teams to ensure consistent messaging and positioning.
  • Feedback loop to ensure sales collaterals are getting refined and we are able to represent client ask in our Level 0 and Level 1 presentation
  • Drive preparation of thought leadership, case studies, and solution showcases tailored to customer-facing and internal stakeholder forums.
  • Ensure solutions are aligned with market needs and client imperatives, not pitching a particular solution but solving a client problem bring E2E Data and AI capabilities for that particular value chain

Strategic Projects for a given value chain

  • Work closely with the central Growth Office to align on enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
  • Track, coordinate, and manage execution of priority growth programs, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives which includes Salesforce alignment, Growth OKR (lead and track, both), representation of Data and AI SGU on Growth council forum
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing and best-practice dissemination across IMUs, SGUs, and cross-functional teams – update and share knowledge repository
  • Provide visibility into progress, dependencies, and challenges for senior leadership.

Analyst Relationship

  • Partner with analyst relations and research functions to benchmark capabilities against competitors and industry trends.
  • Identify all the analyst relationship and report to participate and lead the survey to drive leadership positioning

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain regular reporting dashboards, metrics, and insights for the Growth Office.
  • Support leadership with data-driven analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Consolidate and present updates on key growth initiatives, showcasing impact to business outcomes.
