The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in sourcing, screening, and managing IT professionals for various technical roles, ensuring smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Source and recruit IT professionals using job portals, networking, social media, and referrals. Screen candidates to evaluate technical skills, experience, and suitability for client requirements. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, interviewing, negotiation, and onboarding. Work closely with Tier 1 vendors and Implementation clients to understand their staffing needs. Ensure compliance with W2 hiring processes and employment regulations. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Stay up-to-date on market trends, technologies, and hiring best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT/CS, 5+ years of proven experience in US IT recruitment . Strong knowledge of IT technologies and industry trends. Expertise in W2 hiring and working with Tier 1 vendors & Implementation clients . Experience with job portals like Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, and internal databases. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
