Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit IT professionals using job portals, networking, social media, and referrals.
• Screen candidates to evaluate technical skills, experience, and suitability for client requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, interviewing, negotiation, and onboarding.
• Work closely with

  Tier 1 vendors

  and

  Implementation clients

  to understand their staffing needs.
• Ensure compliance with

  W2 hiring

  processes and employment regulations.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends, technologies, and hiring best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS,
• 5+ years of proven experience in

  US IT recruitment

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  IT technologies

  and industry trends.
• Expertise in

  W2 hiring

  and working with

  Tier 1 vendors & Implementation clients

  .
• Experience with job portals like Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, and internal databases.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
