SAP Technical Architect

We are urgently looking to fill 4 positions for the role of SAP Project Delivery Manager, with the option to consider candidates with 10-16 years of experience.

Job Summary:

As an SAP Project Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and deployment of SAP S4 HANA solutions throughout our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in project management, SAP methodologies, and leading cross-functional teams. Your primary focus will be on managing project timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations to ensure the delivery of top-notch SAP S4 HANA solutions that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, project leads, and cross-functional teams.

- Assist in creating project plans and timelines for SAP S4 HANA rollout projects.

- Ensure adherence to Project Delivery Manager methodologies and best practices.

- Foster effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders to synchronize project goals.

- Lead cross-functional project teams, offering guidance for successful project completion.

- Identify and communicate potential project risks to stakeholders to mitigate their impact.

- Monitor project advancement and address any issues promptly, escalating when necessary.

- Guarantee that project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.

- Conduct regular project meetings to evaluate progress and performance.

- Provide regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

- Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, meeting notes, and action items.

- Recognize opportunities for enhancing SAP rollout practices.

- Cultivate a collaborative team atmosphere and encourage knowledge sharing.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in SAP project management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous.

- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in SAP project management, implementation, or rollout.

- Profound understanding of SAP modules and functionalities such as FI, CO, PISA, CPH, and MDM.

- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
