Position Overview

The SAP Administrator (MM (Materials Management ), PP (Production Planning ), SD (Sales and Distribution), QM (Quality Management), FI (Financial Accounting),) will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the SAP environment to ensure smooth business operations across all functions. The role involves supporting end users, managing system configurations, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance SAP functionalities in alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Administer SAP systems including user management, authorization, transport management, and performance monitoring.
Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security of SAP applications and databases.
Perform regular system backups, disaster recovery simulations, and patch or upgrade implementations.
Monitor and troubleshoot SAP Basis components, application servers, and background jobs.
Manage SAP interfaces with third-party applications and ensure seamless data flow.
Maintain documentation related to configurations, change requests, and issue resolutions.
Support audit and compliance requirements by ensuring adherence to IT and data security policies.
Train and support end users in resolving SAP-related queries.
