Sava Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Executive to join our Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) within the Research Development (RD) department.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the development and validation of analytical methods for pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and contributing to the advancement of innovative healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, optimize, and validate analytical methods for drug substances and products using advanced techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, and dissolution testing.

Conduct routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to support RD projects.

Prepare and review technical documents, including method development reports, validation protocols, and SOPs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of analytical data and support product development timelines.

Troubleshoot and resolve analytical challenges, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results.

Maintain compliance with cGMP, GLP, and other regulatory requirements.

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in analytical technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Master s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in analytical development within the pharmaceutical industry.

Strong knowledge of analytical techniques, regulatory guidelines, and quality systems.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
