Job Description

Hitachi Digital Services is looking for EUC L2 Support Engineer to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for various digital services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and enhance system performance.
Develop and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and productivity.
Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades of systems and equipment.
Analyze and report on system metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement.
Train and guide junior engineers and other team members.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of digital services and related technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with process improvement and system maintenance.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
