Job Description

Hitachi Digital Services is looking for EUC L2 Support Engineer to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex issues related to EUC.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve service quality.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Analyze and report on customer feedback and suggest areas for improvement.
Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on new technologies and best practices.
Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of EUC and its applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with customers and providing technical support.
Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software.
A graduate degree is required.
