Job Purpose

The SAP Support Sub-Team Lead will play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuity of legacy ERP environment while the company transitions to a modern digital platform. This role is responsible for leading and growing the SAP Support Sub-Team, while contributing hands-on expertise (~50%) in one SAP module (PM, QM, EWM, or Master Data) to maintain balanced workload during the initial phase.

The position emphasizes people management, operational leadership, and strong functional knowledge to support global business operations effectively.


What You’ll Do

 Lead, coach, and mentor a growing SAP support team (starting with five consultants).

• Conduct regular 1:1 sessions focusing on performance, growth, and well-being.

• Build a collaborative and inclusive team culture with strong accountability.

• Oversee SAP support operations across all modules, ensuring timely resolution and delivery.

• Manage workload balancing, task prioritization, and resource allocation.

• Coordinate daily support activities and track progress across global teams.

• Support recruitment and onboarding as the team expands.

• Contribute hands-on (approx. 50%) in one SAP module — PM, QM, EWM, or Master Data.

• Perform incident resolution, service requests, change requests, and functional documentation.

• Support testing, validation, and deployment activities.

• Work closely with business users, technical teams, Functional Leads, and Product Managers.

• Communicate delivery status, risks, and improvements effectively


What You BringMust-have:

Strong leadership experience with proven success in team management and coaching.

• Expertise in at least one SAP module (PM, QM, EWM, or Master Data).

• Ability to manage complex incidents, integrations, and support scenarios.

• Experience overseeing SAP support operations in fast-paced environments.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

• Minimum 12 years of SAP experience.

• Experience working with international and distributed teams.
