My client a global HR & Payroll Consultancy is hiring an experienced SuccessFactors Solution Architect for a 3-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a significant HR transformation programme within a hybrid working model in Hyderabad.

Role Overview:

The SuccessFactors Solution Architect will lead the design, implementation, and governance of end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solutions across Core HR and Talent modules. This role requires deep functional expertise, strong integration capabilities, and the ability to align business needs with technology-driven HR transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead solution architecture across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Talent modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, etc.).
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand HR processes, challenges, and transformation objectives.
• Provide strategic guidance on solution design, configuration, data migration, and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, identify design alternatives, and ensure alignment across modules.
• Collaborate with project managers and consultants to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Lead customer workshops, present design options, and provide expert recommendations.
• Review and validate functional and technical specifications.
• Support AMS activities, release impact assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants within the SuccessFactors practice.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors

  Employee Central (EC Core)

  with exposure to Talent modules.
• Proven ability to design integrated, scalable SuccessFactors landscapes.
• Excellent verbal, written, and stakeholder-facing communication skills.
• Strong understanding of

  SAP Cloud Integration (CPI)

  and related integration approaches.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
