SAP SF PMGM, Succession, CDP - (SAUDI - ONSITE)Consultant.

Experience: 8+ years

Work Location: Saudi (Onsite)

Contract Period: 2 years, extendable

Requirements :

• Minimum 8+ years in SAP & 5+ years of hands‑on experience working exclusively in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong expertise in PMGM (Performance & Goal Management): goal plans, performance cycles, calibrations, 360 reviews, feedback workflows etc.
• Solid experience in SMCDP (Succession, Career & Development Planning): succession models, MDF objects, development paths, career worksheets etc.
• Experience with at least one full end‑to‑end implementation of PMGM & SMCDP modules.
• Proven ability to handle change requests, enhancements, and maintenance (business‑as‑usual / support) of PMGM & SMCDP.
• Deep understanding of HR processes related to performance, goal setting, career planning, succession planning.
• Familiarity with integration points with other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, LMS, Compensation) and/or third‑party systems.
• Strong skills in business requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, UAT, and post‑go‑live support.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to conduct workshops and engage with business and HR teams.
• Certifications in SuccessFactors PMGM / SMCDP or related modules preferred.
• Must be available to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and configuration of PMGM & SMCDP modules including goal plan templates, performance forms, competencies, development plans etc.
• Conduct workshops with HR / business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand process gaps and propose improvements or best practice solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Configure workflows, permissions, MDF objects, business rules, route maps, rating scales, calibrations, 360 review functionality etc.
• Perform data migration where required; prepare and execute test cases; manage user acceptance testing; ensure quality delivery.
• Provide post‑go‑live support: hypercare, defect resolution, enhancements, managing change requests.
• Create and maintain documentation including configuration workbooks, functional specs, test plans, user guides / training materials.
• Train end users, HR teams, and super‑users on PMGM & SMCDP functionality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (other SF modules, technical/integration teams etc.).
• Drive continuous improvements: suggest process enhancements, optimize performance workflows, incorporate new SF features.
• Ensure data security, role‑based access and permissions, and compliance with relevant company policies
