SAP SD Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Consultant with 8–12 years of expertise in implementing, supporting, and enhancing SAP SD solutions. The successful candidate will lead SD workstreams, work closely with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality SAP solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP SD implementation, rollout, and support projects.
• Analyze business requirements and design effective SAP SD solutions, including configuration, customization, and system integration.
• Manage order-to-cash (OTC) processes, covering pricing, billing, delivery, shipping, and invoicing.
• Configure SD modules to align with business processes and perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities.
• Collaborate with SAP modules such as MM, FI, and WM for end-to-end process integration.
• Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects and coordinate with technical teams for development and testing.
• Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, and root cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, configuration documents, and user training materials.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of hands-on SAP SD experience, including at least two full-cycle implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP SD processes: Sales Orders, Pricing, Credit Management, Billing, Delivery, and Shipping.
• Familiar with SAP SD integrations with MM, FI, and CRM modules.
• Experience with S/4HANA is highly desirable.
• Ability to prepare and understand functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills.
• Industry experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, or related sectors is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP certification in SD or S/4HANA Sales.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Exposure to EDI, IDoc processing, and third-party interface integrations.
