We are seeking a highly experienced SCM Senior Consultant with 10-18 years of expertise in supply chain management to join our team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing supply chain strategies, optimizing processes, and delivering measurable results for clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills, a deep understanding of supply chain operations, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain strategy development and implementation for clients across various industries.
• Conduct detailed supply chain assessments and identify areas for improvement.
• Design and optimize supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain initiatives with business goals.
• Provide expert guidance on inventory management, demand planning, and logistics optimization.
• Utilize data analytics tools to drive decision-making and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and deliver training programs for client teams on supply chain best practices.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management or consulting, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in supply chain software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA, or similar).
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior consultants and team members.
• Familiarity with Malaysian market dynamics and regulatory environment is a plus.
