Role: Sales Manager SAP HANA
Nature: Non-coding, high-revenue, client-facing.
Core Duties:
Sell SAP HANA and related SAP solutions to enterprise clients.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation demo coordination negotiation closure.
Collaborate with technical consultants for solution design.
Maintain relationships with C-level clients.
Prepare revenue forecasts and business growth plans.
Required Skills:
Deep understanding of SAP ecosystem (HANA, S/4HANA, BW, FICO, etc.).
Strong communication and negotiation.
Enterprise B2B sales experience.
CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).
Optional: SAP Certified Sales Specialist credential.
Eligibility Fit (for you):
Perfect transition from IT recruitment + leadership client handling + business management. You already have people and stakeholder skills; need product and sales-tech domain depth.
Salary Range : 81o lakh/year + commission. Location : Mumbai Exp-4-8 years
