About the Role:

Own post–go-live success for our Fortune 500 customers on SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition. Your primary focus is AMS, with hands-on ownership of incident tickets, service requests, and minor enhancements. You’ll also conduct targeted functional audits to spot misconfigurations and implement fixes (as required).

What You’ll Do:

• Act as the functional SME across key business processes to triage, root-cause, and resolve issues end-to-end.
• Govern configuration via CBC/SSCUIs and Fiori apps; design fixes, author test scripts, and drive UAT sign-off.
• Deliver against SLAs with tight backlog hygiene, crisp stakeholder comms, and escalation management.
• Plan and execute regression testing for quarterly releases; maintain change control and documentation discipline.
• Produce clear runbooks/knowledge base articles and KPI reports (MTTR, change success rate).
• Perform functional audits against SAP Best Practices scope: configuration reviews, gap lists, and prioritised remediation.
• Collaborate with integration/security teams on BTP/Integration Suite, IAS/IPS, authorisations, and data topics; use OData/APIs when needed.

What You’ll Bring:

• 2–6 years in SAP functional roles with 2+ years on S/4HANA Cloud (Public Edition).
• Hands-on with CBC, SSCUIs, Fiori, and in-app extensibility; strong testing mindset.
• Proven AMS/ITIL experience (incident/problem/change), on-call readiness, and executive-level communication.
• Bonus: S/4HANA Cloud (Public) certification, ITIL v4, CPG domain exposure, test automation familiarity.

How Success Is Measured:

• SLA attainment, MTTR, change success rate, defect leakage, audit findings closed, and CSAT/NPS.
