Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled SAP RTR (Record to Report) Consultant to support and implement SAP Finance and Controlling solutions, with a strong focus on revenue recognition and OpenText VIM. The role involves both post-go-live support and hands-on implementation responsibilities, ensuring seamless financial operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation Responsibilities

• Lead or support the implementation of SAP RTR processes in S/4HANA environments.
• Conduct business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops.
• Configure SAP FICO modules and OpenText VIM components to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, CO) for end-to-end process integration.
• Develop functional specifications for RICEFW objects and coordinate with technical teams.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT with business users.
• Support data migration, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
• Provide hypercare and knowledge transfer post go-live.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8 – 15 years of experience in SAP FICO with at least 2 full-cycle RTR implementations.
• Strong knowledge of revenue recognition (IFRS15/ASC606).
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText VIM:
• Workflow configuration and troubleshooting
• Integration with SAP AP and MM
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA (1909 or later preferred).
• Familiarity with SAP integration points: FI-MM, FI-SD, and CO.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

• SAP Certification in FICO or S/4HANA Finance.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Domain experience in manufacturing, engineering, or utilities is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in global delivery models.
