Job Description

You should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP transformation, development, and AMS projects, including at least 3 End-to-End implementation projects. Your Business Process Knowledge should cover topics such as Quality Planning, Quality inspection, Quality Control, Quality certificates, Quality Notifications, Stability Studies, Batch Management, etc. It is essential to have experience in integrating SAP QM with External systems like MES, Trackwise, LIMS, Labware, Lab Vantage, and other SAP modules, GXP, and SOX requirements. As a Solution Architect, you should have experience in global scale programs, including Business Blue Printing, Design, Prototyping, Functional Analysis, Configuration, Gap Analysis, Conversion, Migration, Testing, Training, Cutover, Go-Live, and Post Go-live Support activities. Your responsibilities will include driving Business process workshops, Fit/Gap analysis, and possessing deep Knowledge and expertise in Quality Management BPML. You should also have good experience in the Data migration process and ETL Tools, as well as leading the engagement efforts at different stages from Problem definition to diagnosis, solution design, development & deployment. Your role will involve contributing to unit level & Organizational initiatives, designing, building & optimizing End-to-End SAP Quality Management Processes for customers" enterprises, and managing Engagement Life cycle. Client Opportunity Identification and Proposal Development, Client Relationship Management, Talent Management, Marketing and branding using Thought Leadership, Deal Influencing, Negotiation, and Closure, IP Creation and Management, and Knowledge Management should also be part of your skill set. Your expertise in SAP QM (Quality Management) with Pharma & Process Industry experience is crucial. You are expected to be a senior Functional Architect for SAP Programs, anchoring the engagement effort from business process consulting to solution design, development, and deployment for S/4HANA Quality Management. Your role will involve leading business transformation programs, guiding teams on project processes, deliverables, and shaping consulting solutions to meet the changing needs of clients. Domain experience in Quality Management with S/4HANA certification is preferred. Your experience in Deal Pricing & Transformation Deal Estimations, working with tools like Solman, Doc Nav, Sharepoint, Mercury QC, and possessing sufficient ABAP, Fiori, Technical know-how to co-ordinate better with technical teams is essential. Furthermore, you should have experience in Change Management, Task Planning, Project Reporting, Resource Management, Process Improvement, and Supervising.,
