SAP QM Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support

  SAP QM implementations, rollouts, and support

  projects
• Gather business requirements and configure

  QM processes

• Configure

  inspection types, inspection plans, sampling procedures, and task lists

• Configure

  quality notifications, defects, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)

• Support

  inbound, in-process, and outbound quality inspections

• Integrate QM with

  MM, PP, SD, and EWM

  modules
• Configure

  batch management, certificates of analysis, and results recording

• Support

  quality costs, usage decisions (UD), and stock postings

• Handle

  testing (UT, SIT, UAT), cutover, go-live, and hypercare

• Provide production support, issue resolution, and continuous improvements
• Prepare functional specifications and system documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in

  SAP QM

• Experience with

  S/4HANA QM

  implementations or conversions
• Good understanding of

  manufacturing and quality business processes

• Experience in

  QM master data and configuration

• Knowledge of

  batch management and traceability

• Familiarity with

  SAP QM reports and analytics

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with

  QM in procurement and production

• Exposure to

  EWM-QM integration

• Knowledge of

  regulatory and compliance standards

  (ISO, GMP, FDA)
• Experience in

  QM migration from ECC to S/4HANA

• SAP

  QM certification

  preferred
