SAP Project Manager

Project Management (SAP Focus):

Lead end-to-end SAP project execution including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and delivery.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders.

Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution.

Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.

Ensure SAP solutions are optimized for business processes and meet quality standards.

Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Incident Management:

Oversee SAP incident resolution processes ensuring timely and effective handling.

Coordinate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues.

Maintain incident logs and generate reports for analysis and improvement.

Implement preventive measures to reduce recurring incidents.

Scrum Master Duties:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.

Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Remove impediments and ensure team productivity.

Track sprint progress, velocity, and backlog health.

Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the backlog.

Promote transparency and communication across teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

5+ years of experience in SAP project management and incident handling.

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.

Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI, SD, MM, HCM).

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and SAP Solution Manager.
