Key Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development and project scoping efforts
• Develop, manage, and oversee detailed project plans, including metrics, schedules, resource allocations, and status reporting
• Provide leadership, guidance, and continuous feedback to cross-functional project teams
• Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
• Identify and proactively mitigate project risks
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to organizational best practices
• Collaborate effectively with senior management, clients, and international stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in SAP implementations or rollouts
• Minimum 2 years in a Project Manager role
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP modules—especially FICO, SD, and MM
• Exceptional analytical, technical, planning, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with strengths in facilitation and negotiation
• Proven leadership capacity to motivate teams in dynamic, challenging environments
• Experience working with international stakeholders and multicultural teams
