Role Overview: You will be joining as a talented SAP Project Manager with expertise in S/4 HANA and ECC. Your main focus will be on demonstrating strong leadership skills and helping companies in implementing ERP systems to meet the changing demands of the market. As part of the Technology Consulting team, you will play a crucial role in driving cost reductions and shaping an innovative culture at AG. Key Responsibilities: - Define projects and prepare high-level plans, budgets, and resource estimates. - Manage all phases of project delivery from Preparation to Execution to Transition, ensuring stage gate controls and relevant sign-offs are in place. - Deliver project milestones and outcomes that align with the benefits defined in the Business Case. - Engage in Bid management activities including responding to RFP, ITT, and RFIs, evaluating costings and resources, and submitting persuasive documents. - Take ownership of key areas such as methodology, planning, and coordination of responses. - Identify required resources and ensure their availability for the project. - Lead and motivate project team members, ensuring clear goals and objectives. - Manage stakeholders, communicate regularly and manage Risks and Issues effectively. - Prepare and maintain project documentation, including Risk Register, Issue Register, and Daily Log. - Manage Change Control procedures, Project Governance, and vendor relationships. - Adhere to AG policies, guidelines, and standards related to Project Management. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in managing medium to large size projects. - Project Management accreditation such as PRINCE2, PMP, PMI, SAFe. - Experience in developing process maps, flow charts, and user requirements documentation using Waterfall and Agile methodologies. - Strong experience in delivering projects across various technologies and complex IS landscapes. - Experience in managing SAP Projects in Supply Chain, Finance, and/or EAM in SAP ECC and S/4 Hana environments. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Highly organized planning and time management skills with attention to detail. - Motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads. - Effective communicator and confident leader with strong people management skills. - Passion for technology and driving initiatives in a dynamic organization.
