GRC Lead

As the SAP GRC lead at our company, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and support of SAP GRC and SAP IAG solutions. Working closely with project managers, business analysts, and technical consultants, you will deliver high-quality and secure SAP solutions that meet clients" needs and expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP GRC and SAP IAG projects, from scoping and planning to testing and go-live. - Provide technical and functional expertise on SAP GRC and SAP IAG modules, including Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Identity Access Governance. - Design and configure SAP GRC and SAP IAG solutions based on clients" requirements and best practices. - Perform risk analysis, mitigation, and remediation for SAP systems and processes. - Manage and monitor SAP GRC and SAP IAG systems to ensure performance, availability, and security. - Oversee the internal GRC consultants team. - Lead the response for bids and requests for proposals. - Provide training, documentation, and support to clients and the internal team on SAP GRC and SAP IAG topics. - Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in SAP GRC and SAP IAG and suggest improvements and innovations. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, or related field. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP GRC and SAP IAG, covering deployment and support. - Strong knowledge and experience in SAP GRC and SAP IAG modules. - Proficiency in SAP GRC and SAP IAG configuration, customization, integration, and testing. - Experience in SAP security, authorization, and compliance. - Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferences: - Experience in GRC and IAG. - Experience in Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Identity Access Governance.
