SAP Project Manager

Key Responsibilities: - As a high-achieving Project Manager, you will support our growing business, specifically in our expanding SAP Practice areas encompassing Supply Chain, Finance, and EAM Projects in SAP ECC6 and S/4 Hana environments. - Define projects and prepare high-level plans, budgets, and resource estimates. - Manage all project phases from Preparation to Execution to Transition, ensuring the presence of stage gate controls and necessary sign-offs throughout the project. - Lead the delivery of project milestones and deliverables to achieve defined benefits in the Business Case at the required level of quality. - Demonstrate proficiency in all aspects of Bid management, from responding to RFP, ITT, and RFIs to submission of a compelling document. - Take ownership of key areas such as methodology, implementation approach, planning, estimating, and ensure the coordination of response, quality assurance, etc. - Identify and ensure the availability of required project resources. - Lead and motivate project team members, fostering a sense of teamwork and a clear understanding of goals and objectives. - Identify and manage stakeholders, maintaining regular and timely communications at all levels. - Manage Risks and Issues, escalating when necessary. - Prepare and maintain project documentation, including Risk Register, Issue Register, Daily Log, etc. - Manage Change Control procedures and Project Governance, ensuring effective functioning of Project Boards. - Manage all vendors involved in project delivery. - Adhere to AG policies, guidelines, and standards related to Project Management. Skills and Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in managing medium to large projects. - Project Management accreditation such as PRINCE2, PMP, PMI, SAFe. - Experience in developing process maps, flow charts, user requirements documentation, and using Waterfall and Agile methodologies. - Strong experience in delivering projects across various technologies and complex IS landscapes. - Experience in managing SAP Projects, particularly in Supply Chain, Finance, and/or EAM in SAP ECC and S/4 Hana environments. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management skills with great attention to detail. - Highly motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities. - Ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry. - Effective communication skills and confident leadership with strong people management abilities. - Genuine passion for technology and driving change in a dynamic organization.
