Role: SAP Project Manager

Work Experience: 2+ Years

Work location: Puducherry, India

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, or support projects.
• Define project scope, timelines, resource plans, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate with functional and technical consultants across SAP modules to ensure effective execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate requirement gathering workshops, design discussions, UAT sessions, and deployment activities.
• Prepare project documentation including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and governance updates.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
• Drive adherence to SAP best practices, quality standards, and project methodologies (Agile or Waterfall).
• Oversee change management, training coordination, and post-go-live support transitions.
• Manage vendor interactions and ensure delivery compliance for external partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in SAP project coordination or project management roles.
• Strong understanding of SAP landscapes and modules (ECC or S/4HANA).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing project documentation.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight timelines.
