SAP Project Manager

Role Overview: As a highly skilled SAP Project Manager at Digital Core CoE, you will lead and manage various SAP projects within the organization. Your role will involve developing project plans, monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage SAP projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget - Develop project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies - Provide expertise in SAP functional and technical areas, including modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, preferably in S4AHANA projects - Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment - Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management - Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track and report on project performance - Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Digital Core CoE - Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project management, focusing on SAP projects - Strong understanding of SAP functional and technical areas, including configuration, customization, and integration - Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, ServiceNow) - Good to have PMP, Scrum Master, or similar project management certification, knowledge of Azure DevOps - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively - Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time - Proficiency in both spoken and written English language is required,
