SAP Solutions Manager

Location

This position will work from Delta, Noida office in Sector 62. As this position will primarily cater to clients in US market, the work timings will overlap with US for about 3-4 hours (ideally from 2 to 11 pm IST or 3 pm to 12 am IST)

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Solutions Manager with over 15 years experience in leading and managing SAP Projects and Services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling large-scale SAP engagement, managing large delivery teams and driving continuous service improvement for clients. This role will be based onsite at our Noida offices and requires strong client facing and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP projects including maintenance, support, development, testing ensuring adherence to contractual SLA's, KPI's etc.
  • Manage multi-module SAP Environments (eg FICO, MM, SuccessFactors, HCM, S4 HANA, BASIS/FIORI, BTP, IBP, SAC/BDC etc).
  • Drive process improvements, automation opportunities and knowledge management within the SAB business unit.
  • Coordinate with Offshore, Nearshore and onsite delivery teams to ensure seamless support operations.
  • Manage pre-sales activities, proposal preparation, RFP responses, project presentations with prospective clients and existing clients.
  • Manage budgets, resource allocation, utilization and financial reporting.
  • Conduct weekly/monthly governance meetings, status reporting and performance reviews with client stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Technical Leads to create strategic roadmaps, whitepapers, marketing materials etc.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 15 plus years of experience in SAP environments
  • Strong understanding of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Products, integration with third-party systems and different SAP modules.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to development teams, ensuring adherence to technical standards, architecture, and best practices.
  • Ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in US market
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
  • Good experience in pre-sales discussions, proposal preparation, RFP responses, contract management, client relationship.
  • Pre-sales experience in leading pre-sales pursuits across numerous industries.
